Often what happens is, people do not get the proper surrounding, environment for the working, and to generate something which could lead to a revolution in the existence of humanity.

So, everybody coming up with the idea in the camp would be provided with the informal environment where they can work freely as they think is the best way to work.

The basic quality of an entrepreneur is that

He should understand the requirement of the

to do that.
An good entrepreneur should not be affected

it and rather than giving up, should have the
courage to solve the problems.
Entrepreneur should collect all possible
information about his industry. He should be
up to date about what is happening in the
market. He should go to the market to

Strating a new business

Start-up success or failure is all about knowing the both the how and the why of taking action, and always being clear about which steps to take next.

There are a few essential tips about starting a successfull business.

  • Study the behaviour of the costumer: Before launching your products you really need to know , what exactly the costumer wants to buy,and not what you want to sell.
  • Its all about Profit: All the cash flow in the world is worthless if it’s not positive cash flow, which means you have to bring in more cash than you pay out.
  • Continuity in cash flow: Cash flow is the lifeblood of business, and is absolutely essential to feed bottom-line profits. You need to forecast the future needs of the business , and prepare accordingly to ensure the continuity in cash flow.
  • Keep a margin in cash flow: while planning always overestimate the expenses and underestimate the revenues. To be on a safer side , first  think of the worst case ,and the work towards it to make it right.
  • Learning = Earning : To be the master of your work you need to be a constant learner. As you learn more , you’ll earn more. Try to gain as much knowledge as possible of your domain, form any possible source
  • Proper Planning : Without a perfect plan to achieve the goal , it cannot be . Test and measure everything. You can’t change what you don’t measure, and you can’t tell if a program or strategy is working if you are not faithfully testing, measuring and tracking your results.
  • Get a coach : A mentor can significantly reduce the time taken by you to get things into place . Try to get a person who has knowledge about your domain and can help you out in figuring out every pros n cons of your job.

I hope this initial checklist will be valuable in helping you clarify your thinking and helping you prioritize some activities in you’re planning and start up mode.

Quote : ” Start where you are . Use what you have . Do what you can.

Why being an entrepreneur is harder than running an industry

Escaping the corporate world and becoming an entrepreneur is certainly an attractive proposition for anyone who relishes the idea of being their own boss, but before taking this plunge, it’s important to acknowledge just how hard it can be to launch a successful startup.

Running your own business today is so difficult, in fact, that some have compared it to managing one of the top firms.

Being an entrepreneur is tougher than running an Industry, its like a own boss-own servant relationship.

The first practical advice one can take even considering pursuing a career as an entrepreneur is to take a long, hard look at your finances to see whether you can afford to invest heavily in your business while earning little or no income.

“As the founder of a start-up, it’s not about how much cash you can make, but how little you can make and for how long. Firstly, that cash can help the business to be successful; and, secondly, if you are going to be successful, the value of that dollar working in the start-up is worth massively more than in your bank account. So before you make the switch, do the math and shore up the bank account.”

Another consideration highlights involves doing some introspective research. Before jumping headfirst into entrepreneurship, it’s important to question your true motivations for doing so. Is it your passion for creating something out of nothing that’s driving you, or the “idealized portrait” of life as an entrepreneur?

Even if you are financially prepared to start your company, and you feel you’re doing it for all the right reasons, it’s safe to assume that, to some degree, you will fail. The silver lining is that all entrepreneurs fail at one point or another.

“It’s just a matter of what you fail at and how quickly you recover, and at times you will be rejected; it’s just a matter of getting past the rejections.”
